We collect the information you enter on our inspection request form: your name, phone number, ZIP code, the nature of your roofing issue, and any optional notes. We also automatically collect basic technical and source data (such as ad campaign parameters and a consent certificate) to verify your request.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To contact you about your free roof inspection request.
• To schedule and provide roofing services you ask about.
• To assist with insurance claim documentation when requested.
• To keep records required for legal and compliance purposes.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, including our marketing provider (Suttlesolution Media LLC) and TrustedForm (ActiveProspect), which records your consent. These providers are bound to use your information only to provide their services.

4. Your Consent and Opt-Out Rights

By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you give express written consent to be contacted at the number you provide, including by automated technology, SMS, prerecorded messages, and AI voice. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by:

Once you revoke consent, we will remove you from contact within 10 business days.

5. Calling Hours

We contact leads only between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM local time, consistent with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable South Carolina law.

6. Do Not Call

We honor the federal and South Carolina Do Not Call registries and maintain our own internal Do Not Call list for anyone who requests no further contact.

7. Consent Records and Retention

A TrustedForm certificate documenting your consent is created and retained for up to five (5) years to comply with applicable law. We keep other information only as long as needed for the purposes described above.

8. Security

Your form data is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission is completely secure.

9. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
